And the count down begins...

With only two weeks of rehearsals to go, the Miss Saigon cast already seem to be on top form. I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview yesterday on day one of rehearsals (which you can check out in the Photo Gallery). Yet again the spectacular talent of Wakefield Youth Music Theatre had chills running up my spine, and that’s just in rehearsals! It was clear to see just how hard everyone was working to put on, what I’m sure will be, an outstanding sell-out performance.

Not only was I there to take some pictures, I helped out Graeme film the Miss Saigon trailer. Everything ran smoothly and I can’t wait to see the finished product!  I’ll post it on here when it’s done so watch this space!

Rehearsals to begin on 12th August!

All roles have been cast and tickets are now on sale, Miss Saigon is on the brink of coming to life! After great success in the past with Flashdance, Les Miserables, and West Side Story, Wakefield Youth Music Theatre presents Miss Saigon School Edition, a classic love story set in the time of the Vietnam War.
